Prospect Law secures €325,000 in workplace accident claim (December 2022)

Prospect Law has secured €325,000 in compensation for a construction work injured at Dublin airport.

The work place accident took place at Dublin Airport when a large panel of glass fell on the claimants legs.

The case was settled with a full admission of liability after the Plaintiff suffered serious knee and ankle injuries.

An agreement was reach for €325,000 between both sides before the hearing of the action at the High Court in Dublin.
